After retirement, I fell in love with researching health-preserving recipes, but the kitchen kept failing due to the mixture of medicinal herbs, dried goods and tableware. It was not until I got this storage cabinet that I truly achieved the "freedom to categorize ingredients" :
The first floor: Glass jars are used to separately store medicinal materials such as dried tangerine peel, wolfberry, and Codonopsis pilosula, with label machines used to mark their efficacy and shelf life.
Second floor: Slanted seasoning box + magnetic knife rack. Homemade seasoning jars such as oil-splashed chili and Sichuan pepper powder are clearly visible. Peelers and scissors can be used for magnetic picking at any time.
Three-layer: Adjustable partition design, which can be flexibly adjusted according to the height of the pot. Pressure cookers and steamers can be stacked without bumping.
The bottom layer: Open partitions are used to place common small appliances (soy milk maker, health pot), and the power cord is hidden in the groove at the back of the cabinet.
Highlight: The top is equipped with a retractable drying rack, which doesn't take up much space even when drying dried chili peppers or bamboo shoots occasionally. Nowadays, every morning in the well-organized kitchen, I cook porridge and make soup. Looking at the various ingredients, even cooking has become a kind of enjoyment - this is the ideal "storage kitchen"!
