IKEA introduced exclusive ultra-slim multi-layer rolling carts supplied by Chinese manufacturers, available in 10cm and 12cm widths, fitted with pull-out hollow baskets for both kitchen condiment storage and bathroom toiletries organization.
Made of thickened carbon steel with anti-rust coating, the products pass EU REACH and food contact safety standards, equipped with lockable silent wheels and tool-free assembly to reduce after-sales installation pressure for offline stores. The products were rolled out in 32 offline stores and official online malls across Spain, achieving total sales of 120,000 units within the first month of launch. Over 80% buyers are tenants and small apartment residents, and the brand plans to roll out the same model to retail stores in Portugal and France.
